The opportunity to live in real homes or areas with adequate facilities; the chance for children and young people to have access to an education (though not the present system, which is culturally invasive, despotic and the bearer of further prejudice) and the possibility of finding work.

At the same time, the Romanesia Project will promote an awareness of the culture, art, traditions and history of the Gypsies, as well as the setting up of memorials and monuments dedicated to the Porrajmos (the Gyspy Holocaust). As a warning against anti-nomadism, the project will involve the preparation of exhibitions and public collections on the “nomad” culture, and on the Porrajmos and the various persecutions. The Romanesia Project will also develop educational projects in order to prevent young people following in their parents’ footsteps which tend towards prejudice, racism, false accusations and violence against Gypsies.

The disgrace of the camp clearances and deportations to nowhere, the “pogroms” carried out by the police force, the shame and the “legality pacts”, are products of racial hatred which will likewise be deconstructed legally and opposed.

In the meantime our thanks go to the Institute of Gypsy Studies in Paris, to Roma Right Watch, to the Union Romani, the Union Gypsy, Opera Nomadi, true anti-racist forces dedicated to social progress.

EveryOne Group will continue its commitment, both “in the field” (with its many emergencies and shameful episodes of intolerance, while politicians and authorities chase after votes and privileges instead of pursuing social and moral development

-  not to mention the Church!) and in promoting cultural activities. There is talk of a film on the Fire of Livorno: a new project so that people will not forget this symbolic episode of how racial hatred can blind even the most educated, open-minded people, of how prejudice can transform human beings whose job it is to promote justice and human rights into butchers.

Il Gruppo EveryOne ha dato il via al Progetto Romanesia, mirato ad assicurare agli Zingari una più facile convivenza con le cittadinanze italiane, la possibilità di vivere in case o luoghi attrezzati, l'opportunità di consentire a bambini e ragazze un accesso all'istruzione (ma non quello attuale, culturalmente invasivo, dispotico e foriero di nuovi pregiudizi) e la possibilità di lavorare.

Contemporaneamente, il Progetto Romanesia promuoverà la conoscenza della cultura, dell'arte, delle tradizioni e della Storia dei popoli Zingari, l'istituzione di Memoriali e monumenti dediicati al Porrajmos e a monito contro l'antinomadismo, la realizzazione di mostre e possibilmente di collezioni pubbliche sulla cultura dei "nomadi", sul Porrajmos e le persecuzioni. Parallelamente il Progetto Romanesia svilupperà progetti educativi per evitare che i giovani ripercorrano le orme dei loro genitori, improntate a pregiudizio, razzismo, calunnia e violenza contro gli Zingari. L'obbrobrio degli sgomberi e delle deportazioni verso il nulla, i "pogrom" effettuati dalle forze dell'ordine, le vergogna ei "patti di legalità" sono prootti del'odio raziale che andranno parimenti decostruiti giuridicamente e combattuti.

Intanto grazie all'Istituto di Studi Zigani di Parigi, a Roma Right Watch, all'Union Romani, a The Union Gypsy, a Opera Nomadi, vere forze antirazziste e votate al progresso sociale. Il nostro Gruppo continuerà nel suo impegno, che è parallelamente "sul campo" (quante emergenze e quanti vergognosi episodi di intolleranza, mentre politici e autorità inseguono voti e privilegi anziché fini di sviluppo sociale e morale, per tacere della Chiesa!) e in àmbito culturale. Si parla di un film dedicato al Rogo di Livorno: un nuovo progetto perché non sia dimenticata una vicenda emblematica di come l'odio razziale possa accecare anche le persone più colte e dalla mente più aperta, di come il pregiudizio possa trasformare in carnefici esseri umani i cui compiti dovrebbero essere volti alla giustizia e al rispetto dei diritti del'uomo.
