We publish the testimony of H.A., a Holocaust survivor.
H.A. after reading about our decision to commemorate Kristallnacht (the “Night of Broken Glass”), has sent us a few dramatic words addressed to all those who wish to stifle the voices of the victims and survivors, either by denying the existence of the Holocaust or by permitting the resurgence of racism and neo-Nazism.
“I lived through November 9th in Berlin, my father was arrested, our synagogue destroyed, all the Jewish-owned shops in my neighbourhood were destroyed! Enough?”
