EveryOne Group wishes to congratulate you on all your civil activities. The LGBT Pride Parade in Belgrade is an event that represents a high level of civilization, and we must support and defend it at all costs. We will be publishing details of the Belgrade Pride Parade on our websites and our mailing list and participate in the march with some of our representatives.
Your commitment to LGBT rights is of enormous importance to all LGBT residents of Belgrade and Serbia and is a bulwark against the danger of homophobia, which is increasing every day and threatening civilization. Even in Italy, gays and lesbians are being forced to live “invisible lives” to escape the violence and humiliation that stems from an intolerant culture, and a total lack of educational tools aimed at the younger generations. That is why we feel a lot closer to our Serbian brothers and sisters.
We are asking the European institutions and governments and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights to support you with valuable resources, and we will be happy to work with you and back all activities to combat homophobia.
With admiration, solidarity and friendship,
EveryOne Group
